01 / About Greg

Experience is valuable.
Sharing it matters.

I’m Greg—a Sydney-based business leader, maritime trainer and community advocate who enjoys helping people find their confidence and take their next step.

My working life has taken me from executive leadership and sales management to training people on Sydney’s waterways. Along the way, I’ve led teams, built businesses and worked alongside volunteers who turn care for their community into action.

Today, those experiences come together through Master Boat Licence, the development of Master Maritime Training, and Check On Me. Each has a different purpose, but all centre on people: what they need, what they can achieve, and how we can help them get there.

Showing up
for other people.

Community service has been a significant part of my life. It has taught me the value of steady leadership, teamwork and making time for others.

Whether on a rescue vessel, supporting volunteers or developing a new community initiative, I’m drawn to work that brings people together and makes a practical difference.
